Are PROVOCK products available in store?

Currently we are only available online. However, if you want to try them on before buying, let us know and we will arrange a meeting with you. 

What delivery methods are available?

You can choose between In-Post parcel locker /delivery or DPD delivery. 

How to add a discount code to the cart?

Apply your discount in the shopping cart. Just insert your code there and then clickadd”. 

Can I return or exchange your products?

You can return your PROVOCK purchase only if your shoes are in intact condition, with the return form (here) as well as proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). 

How to take care of PROVOCK?

Because our shoes are made of leather, we recommend using only suitable detergents and preservatives. They should not be machine washed.
